The Villa is located North of Playa del Carmen, Mexico right on 5th avenue on a recent development area with less people traffic and a beatiful beach walking distance.
This is a local area, about 10min drive to the main tourist attractions as main restaurants, night clubs, bars, and shops. You can also walk for about 8min to the closest Restaurants & Bars area.
